Fuck America why the hell does your police treat people of colour so poorly? People in my country are subtly very racist but you would never see this happening without the cop getting arrested for 10-20 years.

Because they can. Have you ever seen that experiment where they take a bunch of random men and lock them in a building to be a fake prison? The ones who are made guards do some pretty sick shit. The cop was arrested for third-degree assault. The dashcam video and public outrage probably had a lot to do with the cop's arrest

Charged isn't convicted and he will get his day court, but it's a step in the right direction.

Obviously it's the man's fault for not learning english before coming to the states. and wearing something on his head. Unless you're wearing a baseball cap, or maybe a cowboy hat, you have no reason to wear anything on your head.

We need a federal law - maybe even a constitutional amendment - requiring independent oversight of all police departments.
