They would have to hire her, allow her to work there in order to gather the evidence that she, and her hijab, really did diminish sales before they could make that claim.

A demonstration of hardship would have to be made, not merely making the assumption of hardship.
Perhaps they've had past experience with such headgear on their personnel...

I wouldn't support discrimination. Let her have a job at the overpriced clothing store.

I just don't understand why she'd want to be Muslim in the first place.

Spooky, probably indoctrination or, considering she's a woman, a lack of possibilities to leave Islam.

Story says she's in Oklahoma. While I'm not the most patriotic anymore, I still believe america has plenty of resources for such cases.

PM me if you want a good story about our legal system.

As far as wanting to work at A&F, I bet she's a hijabista.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

She is a pretty woman.

If you describe yourself as “atheist,” some people will say, “Don’t you mean ‘agnostic’?” I have to reply that I really do mean atheist, I really do not believe that there is a god; in fact, I am convinced that there is not a god (a subtle difference). I see not a shred of evidence to suggest that there is one ... etc., etc. It’s easier to say that I am a radical atheist, just to signal that I really mean it, have thought about it a great deal, and that it’s an opinion I hold seriously." - Douglas Adams (and I echo the sentiment)

Which is exactly why her religion states she should be covered.

Let's stay on point here (I did isolate the quote I was replying to), my comment was aimed at the reference to her being a 'girl' and her beauty being defined by her wearing of a 'rag'. The fucking ignorance is astounding.
