A little off topic here, but that preposterous question brought started me thinking about, blue laws, and Idaho. So I did some Googling, and this map popped up.
U.S. sodomy laws by the year when they were repealed or struck down.
Laws repealed or struck down before 1970.
Laws repealed or struck down from 1970-1979.
Laws repealed or struck down from 1980-1989.
Laws repealed or struck down from 1990-1999.
Laws repealed or struck down from 2000-2002.
Laws struck down by the Supreme Court of the United States in 2003.
It shows the dates that sodomy laws were either repealed or struck down by the courts. The lighter the yellow, the earlier; and the darker the red, the later.
The funny thing is that the map mirrors U.S. politics so well (except that the red mountain states are yellow here, because westerners don't like the government in the bedrooms or regulating their property much). Utah and Idaho are very red.
So maybe Vito Barbieri, never having been allowed to have any legally, is a little confused about the possible consequences of anal sex.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
