How about Tchaikovsky's 1812 overture?....

I had linked it upthread as a recommendation for Dystopia. But you have one with Cannons! Bam! Heh, quite the unusual sound when played by a military Marching Band with Sousas, well I guess it is only fitting for a Battaglia... But they play it well, nice interpretation Nice synchronous shooting by the Japanese Howitzer soloits there!

I love me some Bach, especially when revoiced:
His counterpoint always stunned me, and we was far ahead of his time in anticipating chromatic substitution as a way of navigating a harmonic progression. 
I find Beethoven's symphony 1 part one to be absolutely gorgeous, perhaps even more than the 9th symphony (or maybe this is just a classical music noob making bad assumptions

I've found black swan from Thaikovsky - Of course I know the melody, it's very common in movies, films and TV series, but I didn't know it was from Tchaikovsky

I also like his last symphony, esp. the first movement, how it slowly builds up tension with some in between fake climaxes
