Messier 45, in Taurus
This is a completely new mix of an image of Messier 45 I took on September 4, 2013.  It is one-hour total exposure (5 minute subs) at ISO 800.
Enjoy:

"In short, Meyer has shown that his first disastrous book was not a fluke: he is capable of going into any field in which he has no training or research experience and botching it just as badly as he did molecular biology. As I've written before, if you are a complete amateur and don't understand a subject, don't demonstrate the Dunning-Kruger effect by writing a book about it and proving your ignorance to everyone else! Kudos at both OP and at smartass photo response. (I love the old Oilers)

But especially at OP. I'm no expert, but that looks like top-shelf stuff to me. But what's a "new mix" for us laypeople? Also, is there a higher resolution version available for download somewhere?
