I have been daily, and multiple times, been having to clear my dns cache in order to reach this site.

It's ridiculous.

Change your DNS servers away from the broken ones you're using to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

What happens before you clear your DNS cache? Do you get a server error, a blank page? If you can screenshot it the next time it happens I'll be able to investigate more. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what the cause is when it only affects a small number of people.
