I only know that a candidate wouldn't stand a chance playing the religious card in most European countries. That doesn't even have to do with a general aversion towards religion, but with the fact that nobody gives a damn if that guy moves his ass to church on sunday. And if he thinks, religion is important, it only speaks about the absence of a real political agenda.
