So, I've started The Witcher I. Interesting so far. Controls are a combination of Baldur's Gate/Neverwinter style click and move and Elder Scrolls W A S D movement with mouse scrolling to control direction. Nice that you can use either, but takes some getting used to.
Violence is (so far) not really graphic at all and I haven't yet seen any sexual content. Definitely more of a story driven game than Elder Scrolls. Seems to be more of what I've been looking for. Odds of buying Witcher II and III just went way up!

There's a game about fighting and killing people and you're worried your children could be exposed to sexual content? That's what I will never understand. Sex and nudity usually don't hurt people, chopping heads off does.
This! So much, this. It's much like Hollywood movie ratings. You can have tons of swearing and violence, even bloody, explicit violence and only get an "R" rating, but one female masturbation scene,
over the clothes and bang, "NC-17." Alpha, maybe you take care about violent content as much as you do about sexual content, but the majority of people, faithers or not, don't seem to. It's baffling to me that, in most households, allowing a 16-year old to watch the Alien movies is perfectly ok but a couple Californication episodes is absolutely out of the question.
