If god is perfect and created us in his image why does he want us to cut off part of our penises? Aka circumcision?

"There are no atheists in foxholes. When you think you are about to die, you'll be ready to get serious with God," in response to Esq, who's made it abundantly clear he and his wife have been in a metaphorical "foxhole", and did not "get serious with God".  Sorry; that was not an aphorism.  You have made it perfectly clear you stand by that assertion.

Also, you might be the single most condescending douche who has ever made an ass of himself in my time on this forum.

And I still do. When facing death, most people will be ready to get serious with God - Christian, Atheist or otherwise.

Not what you said, Randy boy. Look at what I bolded above.

Randy, I'm curious. No one here believes your buy-bull. Why the fuck do you think we give so much as a single fuck about cahty-lick specific texts?!? Yet you quote from it like it's going to prove some point to us.

It's a common theme amongst theists? Buggy, Jahblome, Randy. All seem to either completely alter the accepted meaning of words, or refuse to acknowledge that words have multiple meanings.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Apologetics is dishonesty. When your conclusion is unreachable by fair means, you have to cheat and hope no one notices the sleight of hand. We notice it, and point it out every time.

If religion had any truth to offer, it would not need these silly games, these fallacy ridden arguments, this manipulation, this playing with words and reams of unsupported assertions. A theist with truth, back by an omnipotent God, should really be able to do better than a bunch of nerdy atheists.

Bring me any apologetics you like, and I will point out the flaw.

Drippy and GC already got you beat silly for most memorable. Biggest douche could still be yours though. Go for it. You know you want it.

And Wooters and Statler Waldorf.

Hell even Rev777 had a more memorable run than this guy.
