CD, by a long shot. I'm indifferent towards JB. He's an idiot and sucks, but I feel more pity than anything else when I see what a shallow sad case he is.

Speaking of metal. Huge fan.(though to me it's just rock!) I draw the line at motorhead ... They're the bomb though. (then early metallica for me) All the rest, maiden, etc, are just lollipop metal. (Except manowar - they're gothic metal with an opera singer for a lead man) Never heard of extreme metal but I'm not surprised. Hey, I'm 52, Starting to get too old for this shit... Now where's that nice Celine Dion compilation I made....

There are five or ten artists in most styles of music that I regularly bump, so I am unable to say that I really dislike any whole genres of music.

When I talk about this sort of thing irl, I always label these performers airplane bands, as in I wish we could load all of them onto a 737 with metal fatigue in the starboard wing spar.
