A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost
I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.

Both Ace and Anima are on my ignore list anyway, it's like putting two extremely annoying howler monkeys to sleep. Bliss...
HAHAHAH and yet you keep coming back for more
Yes, you have informed us all ready, that you have banded us. . . (What is this? like, what? number 3 or 4)
I guess my replay to that is, hey its understandable most people can not take people opposing their ideas that they just ignore them all together. Sorry, but I am not like that. Unlike you I am a true person for free speech of peoples ideas and fear no topic or difference of opinion what so ever.
One tents to learn that when you start teaching. You can't just stop and ignore the student because of their crazy and bull shit ideas or comments that they will make, ( and boy let, me tell you, it can be very scary with many of the thought and ideas that they do have) because that truly does hurt them. Not to mention you have just lost a great opportunity to teach and discuss issue that are important to the kid.
Therefor I band no one, not even you. You don't agree with me or my think, . . . ok
But if you ever wish to lift you sanctions and have an open discussion, I am ok with that.

HAHAHAH
No, ass it’s called dyslexia (it is a learning disability that affects both reading and writing skills, and for some math as well)
However I did drink the other day, but not to the point of being plastered.

Umm are you talking Christianity as a whole or do you mean certion denomination ?

I had to think about how to reply to this post because one I did not wish to write a term paper on the subject (which is enormous) and two, currently I do not have the drive to go back and forth over the issue because its a lot of history and I am just lazy.
Well that is your first fault in your assumed statement is bunching all of Christianity together. Seconded not acknowledge the separation of Catholics and Protestants religions. Once done the assumed idea of “war of oppression between religion and science” is a very false statement because it never occurred in the Catholic Church and in the early Protestant Churches of Lutheran and Anglican of the mid 1500 to 1600’s. It will surprise not only you but many that the Catholic Church was not only pioneer science in western civilization from 1100’s to today but were also the discovery/founders of many things that we still use today.
Now how to start this were it would address all possible questions that you may still have, yet that cannot be done, So back and forth we will have to go. What to put first? Do I give you the long list of Catholic Priest who were scientist and the first in discoveries in numerous scientific fields? Do I tell you all of the educational and social institutions and changes that the church had done that built Europe and the America’s in what it is today? (i.e. Universities, Hospitals, Calendar, Genetics, The Big Bang Theory, The Double Helix, Arabic Numbers, Fallopian Tube , Heliocentric Model, Modern Law, International Law/court, and so on)

This dude has been told these exact things worded various ways throughout the 100+ pages of this thread, so I'm inclined to believe he either doesn't have the comprehension to understand it or he's simply ignoring it because he doesn't like it. Rob could also be right, he could just be a time-wasting troll.

I have a honest question, on the other threads what do you do? Or more so what do you talk about? Is it extincting ideas what?

In that case, I apologize for suggesting you might be drunk posting. I am also relieved that it's dyslexia and not a greater impairment, such as an inner Fundie trying to get out.
HAHAHAHA. . . .Nope, its just that f up thing. . .
Oh man, NNNNOOOOOO!!! MY GOD NEVER EVER APOLOGIZE FOR SUGGESTING ONE IS DRUNK (or in this case I am drunk) HOW DARE YOU??? WWWHHHY, O GOD WWWWHHHYYY!!!! . . . . . There is no shame in drinking
No worry's, I get comment like that all the time in recards to my writing, well not the drunk part but interesting remarks, your not the first. Its going to happen is the way I look at it, so think nothing of it.
