A big and heartfelt fuck you to climate change deniers.
Gawd help you, that's 104 F. Ouch.
Here in Berkeley at 9:46 pm is 60 F with 80% humidity right now. Thankfully cooler today with a high of only 67 F.
Jealous of Rebacarox down in So Cal where they got some good rain recently. Nary a drop for ages here.
In a water crisis, as we are, I agree; I just hate effing rain! The poor dog was just staring at me like, "please make it stop!" All she wanted to do was poop, but she couldn't fathom trying it.

It's monsoon season here in AZ. That means it is not quite as hot as it is in June but a shitload more humid than usual.

I'm unearthing this thread for one last time, since our metereologists are now presenting the results of this summer.
It was the hottest within the last 248 years in my country. It was a drought year, the 6th within the last 15 years. Agricultural damages are expected to be at least in the 100 million Euros region, which you have to put in proportion, since the whole country is only 83.000 sqare kilometers large and has 8 million inhabitants. Neighbouring countries won't look any better in that department.
Right now, at 8.45 PM, we have still 30 degrees outside, but the weather change is coming. Finally, after 6 heat waves in row.
I wish, people would finally wake up to the realities. But I guess it's already too late for that.

We had a pretty gnarly (by our standards) heat wave last week- I went to the races last Friday and it was 91 in coastal Del Mar. What??!!??
Now it's a nice lazy, breezy, sunny 75. That's the shit.

In seaside northern Portugal it's hot during the summer up to mid October so I'll be going to the beach saturday and sunday - In the south and countryside it's freaking hot. I actually enjoy the weather where I live because it's not overly hot and the wind helps
