Dark influence on the hearts and implanting locks regarding the Quran.

The hypothesis is as follows:
There is a dark influence on the hearts that prevents people from reflecting enough to see the clearer and more logical recitation in many verses and well established hadiths.
The observation will be regarding verses/hadiths dealing with:
1. Age minimum for marriage.
2. The penalty for adultery.
3. The ruling regarding apostates.
4. The friendship of non-muslims.
5. A verse regarding miracles.
6. Regarding authority of the divinely appointed successors and the position of the family of Mohammad.
7. Hadithal thaqalain/ghadeer
8. Position of Harun to Musa hadith.
Then follow up discussion would occur, in which I invite Atheists to discuss, what better explains this...natural reasons or supernatural reasons? I believe it's the latter while I think Atheists will argue the former.

Yes, of course it couldn't have anything to do with a shitty source that wouldn't persuade a half-bright ten-year-old of its 'truth'. Your explanation is that there is some undemonstrated supernatural force that clouds our judgement? The OP is practically a case exhibit of what's wrong with your holy book.
