Ctulhu, a sign pointing towards that town was in the list with images but the forum cried out about images limit, so I had to remove it. However, the sign you found looks a lot better than the one I was gonna post.

It's a nice little village with generally friendly people. The proper pronunciation is "mo-roan", but that's not as fun.
