Clearly they are selling body part for medical work. How do you think they have been studying fetal stem cell therapy? The point is that it's not illegal in the context they claim to be doing it.

Sure the reason abortion does not fall under that law, is because abortion is not a crime, so when it's performed in accordance in the law it's not murder. If I punch a woman in the stomach and cause a miscarriage it's a crime. The difference is the legal definition of what a crime is classified as. It would be like you suddenly being labeled not human, you would still be human, you would just lose your human rights.
Also I googled anencephaly or iniencephaly, and they are humans with severe birth defects. See now we are getting closer to eugenics where it's determined who is unfit to live. We are going back in that direction also.
