It is a short hair cut. I don't know how to describe the curls. I think that they aren't real tight but are a little loose. It looks like the model is trying for a controlled messiness. It is attractive. The top has some volume to it. It looks like the type of cut that you could wear different ways. Either you could straighten it or just leave it natural and it would look nice no matter what.

My hair is straight so it is very hard for me to describe curls. Hopefully, I did an adequate job.

Her curls are a tight spiral but near the top of her head, the curls are more loose. It is a shoulder length cut.

sounds link her hair is 4a, so her hair probably naturally that way. Sounds pretty but my hair won't do that. I have 3c which is a less coarse and looser coil to my hair.
