The DOJ chased this guy for ten years with a campaign of slurs and innuendo and when they finally went to trial they got a guilty verdict on only one charge: That being Obstruction of Justice not because he did not answer a question but because he did not answer it in a way they liked. That verdict was thrown out by an Appeals court.
10 years and who knows how much money wasted for nothing....except to tarnish the man's career. This is what we need a Justice Department for? Where's the "Justice?"
