I wonder how long a Quaker in Pennsylvania could hold out not issuing gun permits citing pacifism as a closely held belief?
I'd like to think more Quakers are principled enough to not be swearing oaths and taking fucking paychecks to do shit they aren't on board with.

Well, she went to jail. And I have changed my mind. Jail is a good place for her. And if it is a "War on Christian Bigots" well, that's okay too. Could the Judge hold the Republican candidates for President who support her illegal actions in contempt as well? I'm thinking seeing a couple of them share her cell might be a good thing after all.

And the deputy clerks will be fined and/or jailed as well if they don't start issuing marriage licenses:
