LOL !!

Excellent ! (in Monty Burns voice)
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Love the picture you selected. I'm hoping her clothes are of different fabrics too.

Joseph and the Technicolor Dream Coat?

She had to agree to the terms of her release (that she wouldn't interfere with marriage licenses continuing to be issued) so if she does go back to work and stop the issuing of licenses, she would not only be in contempt of court again, she would have perjured herself to the judge, wouldn't she? (Anyone know more about law than me?)

I also assume she was oathed to take office, something presumably done with her hand on a FUCKING BIBLE. And she swore to carry out the law. Not my fault she forgot the 2 masters thing.

Stupid heretics always fuck up The Word.

Perjury is extremely difficult to prove. If she does go back on the agreement, all she'd have to do is assert that she meant it when she said it and changed her mind.

Won't get her off the hook for contempt, though, and they literally can keep her ass in jail indefinitely for that if she doesn't comply.
