Killing myself and succeeding takes more effort than just living another day. I've been down that route and am missing nine of my ten fingers as a result. I live for the dim hope that maybe tomorrow will be different.

1: I see I should have chosen a better formulation. What I meant is that humans can do things that are not prescribed in their genes, for exemple killing ourselves. I called the ability to do that 'being human'. Sorry for the confusion.

2: I don't really see what that has to do with it. Maybe you should explain yourself a bit more.

Why does everything have to be so deep all the time. Life has ups and downs and we all die in the end. Everyone has different meanings and or goals. Live your life, it is not a script.
