Wow, it's nice to see people showing their real selves.

This is horrible. Hopefully it leads to tighter safety checks, but I won't hold my breath...

I'm sure they'll put some fucking ayatollah on it right away.  He'll pray for safety.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Saudi overseers whip that many foreign workers to death every week. This massacre just happened to get on the news.

I feel bad for their families, and the rescuers.

I'd put it all on Allah and Old Fart Beard Muhammad.

Heh, maybe the Saudis have some Zionists in their midst ?

I've heard but have never been convinced it's true, in Saudi Arabia, if someone is injured in an accident, there is no rescue attempt for (pick one) 1/2 hour, 45 minutes, 1 hour, because they are required to wait to ascertain Allah's will in regards to who is going to survive or not.

I'm thinking the high fatality count in a construction zone such as this is indicative of something hinky, but is it possible I am just being hyper critical of the damned Saudi's again ?

I also note it was an 'in house' outfit doing the work (Bin Laden family) so if they are a bunch of fuck ups, who's fault is that ??

Ugh, over 100 victims from a crane! Huge crowds and construction sites just don't mix. I think if it's anything, it's a demonstration of the cynicism of the rich fuckers running that show.

I don't believe that is true. It is true about virtual slaves from 3rd-world countries doing the work though. I wouldn't be surprised if heads literally roll over this.

There were many stories of the abuse inflicted up the builders of the Burj Kalifa.
