This is just a place to recommend Atheists in Music. I would recommend Tom Lehreh, mostly because his songs are timeless/funny, and I am in a phase of enjoying Piano music by the likes of him and Nobuyuki Tsujii.

I'm pretty sure Johnny Rotten is Atheist.
Henry Rollins almost certainly is. I'm pretty sure Trent Reznor of NIN. I don't know for sure, but John Lennon probably was....consider the song "Imagine" ("...and No Religion, too...") I know that Marilyn Manson was actually ordained by Anton LaVey in the Church of Satan, I'm sure you could mine the genres of Death Metal and Goth/Industrial and probably come up with one or two Atheists. Diamanda Galas has called herself a "Greek Orthodox Atheist" and wrote a book called "The Shit of God". I think...I hope...I'm pretty sure...Zappa. I remember reading that someone in the Pixies was Atheist or Agnostic. And if Lemmy isn't, then I don't know what the world is coming to. ...as to how many of these you'd consider to be "good" music, that's subjective.
