You gotta keep things simple for those simpletons.

It is unless they say that they KNOW that leprechauns don't exist. That sort of screws up the whole: "Agnostic Aleprechaunist.

But they don't "know."  They believe.  Just like they believe in their stupid, fucking god.

RE: Frustrating
I've found most people are simply using different definitions. They say agnostic, we would say agnostic atheist. I don't think I've ever heard anyone say they are simply agnostic and then go on to talk about their belief in God.

I agree, it's frustrating. I've had that talk several times, with atheists who refuse to call themselves atheists.

All I can is that as long as both parties agree what words mean, the discussion can continue. It's when they still claim to be superior and "different" after you've explained all this that the shotgun comes out. We've had a few elitist "agnostics" on this forum before. They drive me nuts.

I watched this today, it's kind of relevant. Funny and interesting Smile

I don't know. I think the majority of atheists are agnostic but the majority of theists are gnostic

I probably forgot to factor in the cultural component. Over here I'd say that gnostic theists are the exception. Trust you lot to skew the average Tongue
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'
