What Are Some Little Things People Do That Make You Mad?

When people have a runny or stuffy nose and they do this weird thing that makes this loud wet noise that can only be called sucking snot down their throat. Excuse me, that's disgusting.

When people do that, Losty, I ask, "So, you were hungry?" or, "Did you enjoy your meal?"

I once thought to myself "Jesus that is so fucking disgusting" and then by the woman's face I realized that I thought it out loud. Oops

Not really. I look away and it will still be nasty, but won't have to think about how the person is swallowing all that snot.

I've been known to abruptly yelp out "Pick that up !!" when some one makes an inadvertently loud and/or disturbing respiratory  disturbance.

The bewildered look is priceless.

When people don't appreciate when you're trying to help.

During my internship I took a few shifts riding the ambulances. One night we were called to a party where a young guy had collapsed.

The party got wild and the cops were called. We took care of the guy, cleaned him up and got him into the ambulance.

I was just about to climb in and close the door when a bottle smashed against the ambo near my head.

Needless to say I was pissed. I turned and saw some piece of shit glaring at me and giving me the finger. I put down the kit and started walking towards him when I felt a hand on my arm.

It was a cop who said, "No, let me deal with him"

That cooled me down and I had the satisfaction of seeing the arsehole manhandled roughly into a copcar.

We were there to help and you feel the need to attack an ambulance crew, you fucking prick??

I absolutely cannot stand it when a person smacks their food. Close your mouths when you chew, it's really not that hard you neanderthals! 

I had a coworker who was notorious for this. I'm quite sure that if you gave the man a soft taco, and sat him three football fields away you could still hear him eat. One night I was in a particularly irritated mood and he came in with a serving of nachos, within a few minutes I ended up slamming my fist on the counter and cursing his bad manners in a rage.

I didn't tip either.  Waitress well knew I was pissed.

Wow. Unless the waitress actually fucked up somehow, she did not deserve to lose a tip over someone's noisy kids...


Which brings me to the next thing on my list I find annoying...people who fail to tip because of things for which the service people are not responsible.

both are gross.  I wish they'd use a tissue, and do it out of sight...and out of earshot, preferably.

Ugh.  Just the thought of it makes me gag.
