I guess I can see it as a novelty to draw people to the casino, something other casinos (particularly NJ and NV) don't - and can't - offer. I don't know about it being a profit center all on it's own - though I suppose the tribes have done their homework and their bizdev people think it's worth doing.
It also brings something that WA state doesn't have, and I think CO as well - permissible on premise consumption. 
I didn't realize Mary Jane was supposed to be code for marijuana. Kind of changed my view on Kacey's song with a brother being hooked on Mary Jane.

Oh, this is good news. There is a Native American reservation just 30 miles from me. If this turns out to be profitable, they may add one of these to their casino and water park.

Usually the cops inflate the value of drug seizures. 26 lbs @ 10K = less than $25 / oz. Since this happened in Nogales, AZ, we can presume the weed is shitty dirt weed from Mexico. Oh, never mind, it looks like they did inflate the value after all.
