For anyone wondering the science is absolutely true - we should NOT shit while sitting down. Squatting will probably reduce the risk of colon cancer as well as the other benefits mentioned in the video.
Next time your cat or dog or whatever you have does a shit watch how they do it - they squat exactly in the position you see the unicorn do it. It stretches out the colon and is the right way to shit!
