It did not suck. I rather liked it.
I understand it was done to prolong us knowing whether Glen is dead or not, which he is not, but still.

No, wait - that's a different, and quite a lot better series... ![]() Did we really need an entire episode dedicated to the origin story of Morgan's stick? And that throwaway fat Yoda character? Ugh... I was having flashbacks of that f***ing farm...

Yet, maybe it was needed.
Remember there were lapses in his appearance. The last time we saw him, he was insane. There had to be an explanation as to how he overcame the situation in which he was last with Rick and Mishonne.

I liked it but was a little unenthusiastic about it when I realized it would be 100% Morgan, especially knowing it was an extra-long episode. That upset me a little. I don't know that this story required the extra story time and would have rather that extra time be put to something exciting or dramatic. It felt a little too jarring of a transition to go from two rock-em-sock-em episodes with Glen (possibly) dying to a 100% character-driven episode with very little action. It felt like a pace change that happened a little too fast for me.

Enjoyed the episode.
It wouldn't have killed the producers to show the young couple that surrendered to Morgan happening upon Eastman's cabin at the end, though. That would've been nice to see.
