I was born with the gift of laughter and a sense the world is mad.
The Shawshank Redemption
紅の豚 (Porco Rosso) (all of the movies by Hayao Miyazaki that I've seen are awesome) Lucky Number Slevin The Illusionist Fight Club Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas Pulp Fiction Monty Python movies Léon - The Professional The Great Escape 'Lucky Number Slevin', 'The Illusionist' and 'Fight Club' are movies that you can watch several times and always find something (new depth in character interaction etc.) that you hadn't noticed the first time because you didn't know the ending . I also love the storytelling in these movies.
"Heresy is only another word for freedom of thought." - Graham Greene
"So forget Jesus, the stars died so that you could be here today." - Lawrence Krauss
The Shawshank Redemption remains a firm favourite of mine.
A lot that have been mentioned are my favorites.
But a definite fav is Immortal by Enki Bilal. If you're not supposed to ride faster than your guardian angel can fly then mine had better get a bloody SR-71.
Lots of great picks in here. Some of my other fav's that have been mentioned here are The Shawshank Redemption, Fight Club, and Kung Pow.

Princess Bride is one of my favorites, but Naked Lunch is my all time favorite movie.
As far as MST3K is concerned, "The Head that Wouldn't Die" is great and their movie was great. I saw it as a double feature with, The Kids in the Hall movie, "Brain Candy." I thought I was going to piss myself laughing. Rhizo
Avatar, Stardust...
Oh yeah, and TFS reminded me of one of the funniest movies ever...
