refuting misconceptions:1-women in Islam
RE: refuting misconceptions:1-women in Islam
@scented
1-you are talking about different countries with different cultures and you are trying to accuse the bad things that happen in some countries to islam but in fact anyone who follows the Quran will know that the Quran order freedom of religion (you can see the thread jihad not terrorism i talked about how we should deal with other religous beliefs in details and from the Quran) anything happens if it contradict the Quran its not from islam

2-i checked the thread and i think i answered the questions that was asked if it is not answered in the main thread and if there is something you want to know about in details just ask me to clarify it as i think there is no specification you have you just dont want to admit that what you thought is wrongSmile i cant deal with general claims so plz be specified and get me your evidence of your claims

3-i meant that when women know about the equality between man and woman and the orders given to both of them some women see how fair it is and solves a lot of problems they have and also feel respected and honored more than the way they used to live(i know that you dont see that but you can observe every little thing to know maybe your opinion is wrong and also try to search about women converts and why they became a muslim) and of course its not the main reason i meant one of the reasons

4-i made a whole thread about the reasons that make me believe in islam and the Quran and i dont remember you reasoning with me on that and about the interpretation i clarified this point at least 3 times before and specially ragarding the rules it cant be interpreted in different ways.regarding the errors and contradictions in religious books you just need to see other books to know that whoever you are if you write a book talking about everything in life it will never be clear from errors and contradictions(i dont mean literal errors and contradictions only i mean in science and in the believe itself and also in the right and the wrong things to do and in a lot of other things due to our increase in knowledge and also change of time)

5-about science and religion you are talking about the bible and then you apply this to any other religion which i see is really wrong as there is a lot of differences between revelations. the thing that apply to the bible may be not applicable to the Quran you must identify each religion on its own
6-your comment in my last questions just shows that you lack knowledge about different religions and even their main beliefs.no offence Smile

If one of the reason you believe is because you think there is a god, then I think its possible you might be wrong.

Mo, regarding number 2. There is nothing that I "just dont want to admit that what you thought is wrong". What are you talking about? I wasn't referring to whether you have answered questions or not. I am referring to how you were totally unable to back up the things you claimed, like how nice islam is to women. You have only supported the bad things I have already heard and known about islam.

Regarding number 5. It was you who brought up science as a bad thing. Even though I gave you xtian examples, I showed you how science minds its own business but religion always freaks out when information is discovered that shows their religious guesses to be wrong. Now it's your turn. Show me what you meant about science when you brought it up. Why do you think it's bad from a muslim perspective?

I'm really shitty at giving kudos and rep. That's because I would be inconsistent in remembering to do them, and also I don't really want it to show if any favouritism is happening. Even worse would be inconsistencies causing false favouritisms to show. So, fuck it. Just assume that I've given you some good rep and a number of kudos, and everyone should be happy...

Let me reiterate, since it is impossible for humans to know the truth of the universe(certainly at our current stage of development) any individuals or organizations who claim to know the "truth" are either liars or fools or both and yes, I am specifically referring to religion here.

I just did, get over it. Allah is just yahweh rebadged for a new target audience, nothing else.
And you failed to answer my comments about your god being a petulant childish loser.
Quote: there is a lot of verses in the Quran that tell the jews and the christians to not say about god what they dont know and not write the book by their hands and claim it is from god

What does this have to do with the discussion at hand?
Quote:why do you think god sent jesus(pbuh) to the jews when they had the torah?and why god sent muhammed(pbuh) when there was the torah and the injeel?
I don't. Jesus never existed, remember? And you only have mu-mu's word for it that he was the messenger of allah.

am not talking about organisations am talking about beliefs that are based on reasons and logic that make someone have faith in something i believe that islam is the truth according to what i know the reasons make sense for me and it must not be the same for you if anyone is trying to force his opinion or faith without giving logical reasons just preaching and asking you to have faith in unlogical things that is stupid and fool

every religion has its own image or imagination of god according to the book they are reading if the book you are reading have been changed or dont have credability you end up having wierd images of god that is based on how the people who wrote the book imagined god.about answering your comments about god i prefer not to answer claims based on the wrong images you have from the bible because i dont agree with that image also and i see that it was made up by humans.(we are not suppose to have image of god and am doing some searches on that. as i think that muslims are the only ones that dont have any image in their minds about god all we know is that there is nothing like him)

am clarifying that we dont agree with what they are saying about god so if you talk about god as the same in the ibrahamic religions you are making a mistake as we are not saying the same thing about god and we believe they made up a lot of things about god

thats really illogical to say that jesus didnt exist as the people believed in him wasnt monkeys or stupid and even the jews who was fighting this religion so much never claimed that in the time after jesus(pbuh)

Indeed?

If you could be so good as to produce contemporary records of his life, I would be greatly indebted.

As to date, no one else has been able to.

if you read about the history in the 400 years after jesus you will understand why you cant find history books about him easily. but there is a lot of ancient history books found in egypt and in other places but they were not presented internationaly because some of them have contradictions with the gospels known at this time(i have 2 of them but in arabic translations) and actually there was a lot of other books there(about 80 as i know) that got burned in the time of constantine
@ scented how come you trust people talking on the internet and dont search for yourself?? i have made a thread i mentioned a lot of scientific facts mentioned in the Quran and they are so clear and you just ignored that and take the opinion of youtube girls thats really wierd. anyway i will get to the scientific facts in the Quran later in details as am preparing now a thread about atheism as till now i didnt have enough knowledge about it but for now i will write the verse the girl talking about which she didnt even mention it:
"Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of creation), before we clove them asunder? We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?"(Quran 21:30)
plz get back to the subject i will get to this in details
