Ben Carson should not be president because he is black. It's called the WHITE house for a reason. Whites rule the earth!!

In moments of weakness, I feel a little sorry for the 9-10 sane Republicans who I imagine are still around (and likely in hiding). Watching their party degenerate into the anti-intellectual freak show it has become since St. Reagan got the ball rolling must be excruciating for them.

It's truly sad, to me, when a brilliant surgeon sinks to such insanity.

Guess it doesn't matter how brilliant a person is...

Having never gone to medical school, perhaps I've fundamentally misunderstood what's involved in separating twins joined at the head. Is a surgeon/child brain exchange also part of the procedure?

There are certainly people alive that cast a vote for Eisenhower, but I have a difficult time believing that there are 9 or 10 of those that are still registered Republicans.

A flat tax is not good for the economy. Someone making 10k a year is going to be struggling enough without having 1k taken from him. A guy making 10b a year is still going to be a billionaire when you take 1b from him.

The defense budget, which is currently 57% of our spending, is what needs cutting the most.

I'd like to be able to fix the debt without raising the ceiling some more. That seems counterproductive.
