Agreed. Think about how long our oil reverses will last. 50 years we might be good. But with increase in oil use all around the world I'm not so sure. Once oil becomes almost depleted this world will not be able to support the amount of humans. Population control like China has must spread to other countries, Earth can not support all these people, and it will and can die, due solely to human interaction. We are supporting this population with a non-renewable resource, I hope I am not around when these resources run out.

I certainly won't be around in fifty years... at least I hope not! I don't want to be 95 years old. Be that as it may, I hope that we will have come up with a serious alternative power source long before then. That doesn't help with the population, though. The population is a serious problem. Perhaps it's time to consider utilitarian bio-ethics. *shudders*

Depends on my whims when I own all of you (humans). Maybe I'll envision humans with wings, and mutate you all so that you can fly. Maybe I will decide that your heads are too small, and make them bigger. Maybe I'll believe that everyone should have the ability to be who they feel they are... and 'humanity' will be a very strange society indeed.

There's also a small chance I will blow you all up... but that's not going to happen unless I'm unhappy. Ergo: don't let me be unhappy.
