Someone could have a very good legal case here! (It may take someone or a group with alot of money though).
In regards to the U.S. Constitution and the First Ammendement:
'Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.'
So, if the Church Establishment is indeed a 'Tax free' organisation as allowed by the U.S Government, then a legal case should be raised!!!
