Contact Kitty Pride. Give her a blunt, solid weapon. Have her phase just before placing said object into a Zygon's skull. Have her re-materialize. Remove weapon, rinse and repeat as needed.
Simple, plant the signal device in the Zygon lair and let the Loch Ness Monster do the rest.

The Zygons that are the problem are on Earth and Disguised as humans. 2. The Daleks intend to kill all life different from them, that includes humans. They wouldn't differenciate even if they could. |
