The proper answer is "We don't know, yet..... and neither do you."

Keep this handy.  It is as true today as it was in 1890 when Ingersoll first said it.

"How do you explain how you come from a rock?"

I don't have to explain it, you claim God you explain God. Burden of proof is on you, not me.

"What came before the big bang?"

"You can't proof the big bang occured!"

The onus is on them, not you. They claim God. Fuck their Red Herrings in the ear.

After a while, you'll find out there's only maybe a dozen or so arguments that theists use in rotation. They dress them up in more and more irrelevancy and confusing language, but cut away the crap and you're looking at the same flawed logic as always.
