Is there a setting somewhere to allow the display of pics instead of just the link? Or is the link thing just a product of the site upgrade? I can see the pics in the reply window, but not the preview window or main site. All I get is a link in safari, chrome and firefox on my iPhone, Mac or Windoze machine.

User CP -> Edit Options -> Make sure "Display images in posts" is checked.
