how to post a profile picture

how do you go about posting a profile photo? i have gone to my profile page and clicked on the blank, but it does not pull up a function to post a photo.

Go to user cp, change avatar. You can upload one from your computer, or pic a url to load from.

If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.
