Yes it is. It converts live opponents to dead ones.

Besides which, I don't know if there is any evidence that Hitler actually killed anyone, outside his WWI career (such as it was). Like all national leaders, he thought it more politic to command others to do it.

They actually order the deaths of people? Or by dint of funnelling funds, don't concern themselves with them?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

I think people make this claim just to make Christians look bad.

He turned from Christ long before he became chancellor of Germany. However, he was not an athesit (like the people on this forum), rather he was sort of a Wiccan/neopagan as were most of the Nazis.

Don't believe me? Look at the societies he was part of:

1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thule_Society#Beliefs

2. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neo-v%C3%B...i_Satanism

Even if the Nazis called themselves Christians, they held many non Christian beliefs: The superiority of the Germanic race (no way jose!!!), sex before marriage is A-ok ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lebensborn), and that it is ok to dill-dally in the occult. Also, killing people is un-Christian and they did that too.

Further, many proud and stubborn atheists like to forget the fact that Hitler was never,a Christian, but in fact... a Roman Catholic. Honestly, how can you confuse the two Dodgy .

Hitler's Catholic beliefs (if he stuck too them), involved worshipping statutes of Mary, calling a priest"father", believeing in non-existant purgatory, and thinking the bible alone isn't good enough and being "Saved by works" instead of "saved by fatihe alone"

Not to toot my own horn, but checkmate athesits!!! Smile Smile Angel Angel Angel Angel Wink Smile

Christians did the Holocaust.
Well, it's not like they didn't have good reasons.

I have no reliable data on whether Hitler liked pumpkin. However, I have the feeling that pumpkin is a very un Nazi like vegetable, and I don't really see Hitler liking it.

He certainly wouldn't like my favorite vegetarian pumpkin stew as it's both Spanish and *gasp* South American: Begin with onions as before.  But add only pumpkin and water until pumpkin is tender.  Then add one cup roasted green chilies and two tablespoons cumin.  Garnish with sour cream and a dollop of green chili sauce.   Chorizo is a good addition, but not, alas, vegetarian.

I'll have to try your recipe.  Tis the the season for warm stick-to-your-ribs food and pumpkin stew is one of the best.

Adolf says that Spanish food is ok as long as it is Franco Tortillas or Falange Paella.

I should clarify that I don't cook the butternuts on the stove to a stew but rather "roast" them as solid not too large pieces in the oven at 180 centigrade or more, but completely submerged in the sweet vinegar broth. They acquire a wonderful texture. It was devised by me ad hoc as an ersatz "Sauerbraten" which may or may not be your cup of tea. But it evolved away from that as I made it sweeter over the years. I also sometimes experiment with taking the "stock" and thickening it with starch which results in a nice sauce to pour over the dumplings.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

But if you take cranberries and stew them like applesauce they taste much more like prunes than rhubarb does.

I'm not sure we've ever seen a real one here at AF in a very, very long time, we get posers all the time though.  Slackers, blasphemers, frauds, the befuddled, charlatans, impostors, heretics, scripture cherry pickers, the confused, fakes, apostates, and whack-a-doodles, every thing it seems, except the real thing.

It seems to me that there's no such thing as a True Scotsman, in any subjective field.
