the effects of watching porn and masturbation?

Hi everyone,
There are three questions about masturbation and porn that i look for answers:
1- What are the effects of watching porn mentally, morally and physically?
2- What are the effects of masturbation mentally, morally and physically?
3- What are the effects of masturbation (with having imagination about sexual images in mind) mentally, morally and physically?

I suggest that you begin performing your own experiments and research. Make it all sciency.
Keep a journal and record all data. Time of day, place, your body position, the type of porn (watched or imagined, men with women, men with men, women with women, orgy, under age, animals..........), length of time to erection, length of time to ejaculation, with lube or without, quantity of ejaculate, force of ejaculation, sounds you make, pleasure rating on a scale, guilt (or other emotions) rating on a scale, behaviors you demonstrate after ejaculation,.......... I'm sure you can cum up with others.
When completed, return here and publish your results. Then we'll compare notes.

Please use ejaculate to write with. Ya know, keeping within the thread guidelines. Expansive? You may need multiple collections.
