It looks good, but why (other than for money) did they have to split it into two films?!

Lot of loose ends in the plot get tied up, lots of action, so I guess they wanted to have as much of the final book in film form as possible and the best way to do it was 2 films.

I've never seen a Harry Potter movie and my kids were too old for it by the time it got popular but I do question why some parents object to kids reading the books. Surely, ANYTHING that gets kids to read is a good thing? Anything that gets them away from their computers and cell phones and fucking I-pods is a good thing.
