Doing a second playthrough of Silent Hill f. I'm about 2/3 the way to where I stopped earlier. My combat skills haven't improved as much as I'd like, but I'm playing a little more strategically.

Just in case you might be interested Angrboda, they've made some massive changes to Fortnite: Save The World that you could/might find appealing. Firstly, the game has gone completely free to play, as of a week or so ago, and secondly, the game mechanics, controls, and gameplay loops have been hugely simplified, presumably to make the game more casually appealing (and much less grindy) to more people, in line with that free to play release. I just thought you might possibly find that appealing because they've made the controls much less complicated/fiddly than they used to be, simplifying editing building pieces for instance... making for instance a building mission all about building radar towers according to blueprints, that used to require several players to comfortably complete, now be fully and easily solo-able with time to spare because of these changes. It's still a great game in my opinion, despite these simplifying changes which make the game a lot easier, less grindy, and much more solo-able in many respects. So basically if you want a free game with tons of content and what now looks like much more to come, along with much simplified physical controls and gameplay mechanics, that might be more physically comfortable for you, then this could maybe be a good game recommendation for you
Looking at using CachyOS on the gaming PC once I get it up and running again.

I made it back to where I was before, facing the Sakuko-like creature. My combat could still use some improvement, as I'm not aggressive enough, but I was much more efficient on this playthrough.

Debating getting a controller with hall effect sticks. I'm largely a masher due to my handicap and it's a wired controller, too, but I'm still interested in trying it.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
