For the record: Randy is not Delicate.

I tried that the other way round, but it didn't come out right.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

True, I do. IMO, Delicate's style and behavior is identical to Randy's, with the exception of the copying/pasting. 

It hardly mattered, though. I never had any expectation that it would be questioned or addressed from an administrative standpoint, because there was no way to prove it. I simply enjoyed watching him avoid the question. 

I always assumed "Delicate" would eventually be banned on his own merits.
