The other one was the episode where the illusionist faked his own death to steal the diamonds and David and Maddie were paid by his wife to watch the casket before his funeral, but woke up and his body wasn't there. So they get back to the office and David was trying to convince Maddie there were some things you believe in without evidence and said "God.... There you go, everyone believes in God.." And Maddie said nothing and sat stone faced and he raised his voice "HOW COULD YOU NOT".
