I mean according to the mythology. Yes we can go to the top of Olympus (And if you really have been there then that's pretty cool). Just like we've been above the clouds and seen there is no dome on which Yahweh's throne sits.

Also, according to my kid, when I took her in a plane to see family, she was quite disappointed to learn that there weren't really care bears in the sky.
