I'm a neck puller, hanger, socks firster. 

With my work boots... I put one on without tying and then put the other on. Then I tie both. Is that weird?

For shirts, it depends on how tight they fit. Because most of my clothes are for school (black or white or black and white) everything gets hung up. I have three dresser drawers. Underthings are in the top drawer and the other two drawers are for jammies.

Socks always have to get put on before my pants.

I'm pretty sure most of the t-shirts I have removed from other willing mens has been to grab at the waist material and pull upwards.
 The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
