I'll tell you something yoga-level super-wise then: if you want to get answers, it helps to listen to people instead of imagining an answer and running with that irrespective of what was actually said. That'll spoil your karmic yoga, dude.

You don't know what you're talking about. Andy Kaufman wrestled women all the time.

Dr. Renee Richards played against women all the time.

So it's not sexist to think women are inferior to men in some aspects?
You didn't think about that did you ben Your phrasing makes me think you're trolling...
...but assuming you're not, Alex never said that anyone was inferior/superior to anyone. He simply acknowledged differences (e.g. women have a womb, men don't). Nothing sexist about that.
To the OP, certain types of sports highlight certain differences (e.g. weightlifting) so delineation based on gender is to be expected and not sexist as it ensures fair competition. Others don't (e.g. darts) so for those sports, gender-based segregation might well be sexist.

A person can acknowledge the effects of hard work, cultural re-enforcement, and selective breeding without being sexist (or racist). To be sexist one must reference something intrinsic to a particular sex and extrinsic to another...rather than those things I just mentioned or any among the litany of things I did not. When referring to the aggregate;
Is one gender objectively better than another at a particular sport? Yes.
Is it -because of their gender-? No.
Is one race objectively better than another at a particular sport? Yes.
Is it -because of their race-? No.
You'll find, even within the above....women who are better at football than the average man, and you'll find plenty of black men that miss three pointers more often than white women.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Did Pool just turn into Little Rik there for a second? That was terrifying.
Saying that women are inferior to men is sexist.
Saying that men can usually lift more weight than women (as just one example) is not sexist because it's a statement of objective fact.
Saying that women are inferior to men because men can lift more is sexist.
Honestly, I don't think it's that hard of a concept. Recognizing general differences between genders and ruling your sports accordingly is not sexist as long as you're not actively trying to disadvantage one group or another.
Verbatim from the mouth of Jesus (retranslated from a retranslation of a copy of a copy):
"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you too will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. How can you see your brother's head up his ass when your own vision is darkened by your head being even further up your ass? How can you say to your brother, 'Get your head out of your ass,' when all the time your head is up your own ass? You hypocrite! First take your head out of your own ass, and then you will see clearly who has his head up his ass and who doesn't." Matthew 7:1-5 (also Luke 6: 41-42)

Like in MMA,UFC there is women's belts and men's belts, why don't people realize this is sexist?
Women should be able to compete with men, there should be no ' Women's Sports' or ' men's sports'.
Just sayin', thought for the day That is not what "sexist" means.
