I think the thing that made the little atheist light bulb turn on in my head first was the horrific nature of Yahweh and the atrocities in the Bible. I'm not sure that would have happened without studying some science: evolution, cosmology, etc. Comparative religion was another study topic that can bring up a lot of good questions. Ok, so you are right . . . I have a list on my computer somewhere titled "100 reasons for atheism". So there are lots of reasons. I do really like the scale of the universe reason though.

Did anyone click by realising just how human-like these god characters are? I think if I'd ever been under, the obvious projection would have been something of a giveaway for me. Maybe.
Not even good humans. They are shitty humans with the emotional maturity of a toddler with a spoon jammed up its arse.
