Advice on not being sarcastic plus other things

In my job, after my normal responsibilities, I am sometimes a go-to girl. Today we had an incident involving a 5 year old girl and a parapro, and I am now tasked with the uncomfortable job of holding conferences with the teachers, assistants, and all staff during lunch breaks about the importance of keeping your hands to yourself.

I don't know how to tell adults to keep their hands to themselves without sounding like a sarcastic patronizing asshole. Halp.

She like a teacher's aid and she grabbed a little girl by the shoulder and jerked her out of the classroom right as the assistant principal was rounding the corner. I guess the purpose is in case the parents make a big deal of it, they want to be able to show that there was an immediate response to the problem. I doubt the parents will make a big deal though. I would if it were my child, but that's just me. The thing is, this little girl is in what they call a "behavioral" class because she has autism bad enough that she can't function in a regular class. I'm assuming the parapro will be fired and the parents won't even care. In the meantime, everyone else already knows not to touch students but I have to tell them anyways.

Well anyways I'm just going to wing it. First lunch starts in 15 minutes. I'm thinking short and sweet "We all know things like what happened this morning cannot happen. Let's work together to make sure. It doesn't happen again in the future".

Tell them there was an incident,  read them the rule that applies, then say, this is just a reminder...keep your hands to yourself *

5 year olds (grade school in general) never touched? I'm not sure that's reality. How about restrict touching to appropriate behavior/action.

Yes you're right it's really about appropriate touch versus inappropriate touch. I was super nervous this morning but this was way easier than I thought it was going to be. We had a lot of discussion about how necessary grabbing and pushing and pulling and such can be in the behavioral classes and how because of that it's really important to maintain your temper. It might be necessary to physically remove a child from a classroom but it's not okay to do so in anger or in a way that could hurt them. I feel like I learned a lot. These classes have a lot more grey than your average classroom.
