Shoutbox Kudos!

I want Shoutbox Kudos! It would make the Shoutbox more worth using.
Is this doable? And if so, any reason why we shouldn't? Anyone else in favor? Also posting a poll. 
I'm an abstain, I don't care either way. However wouldn't the kudos scroll away as the shoutbox filled up?

Hmmm good point.
What if it just had a number for the amount of kudos given and you could click on it and a small window (similar to the one when you give someone a rep) displayed who kudosed it? (also a bit like the one in FB where it displays the full list of likes when you click on the number of likes). If that's doable. It's just an idea to throw out there, I rarely have suggestions. 
Good idea, but I would prohibit it from applying to turtloids.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
