Time To Stop Wasting Everyone's Time, Bernie

Technically speaking, none of the delegates vote until the convention, it's just the pledged delegates are bound by state laws to vote for whomever they are pledged for on the first ballot. After that, they are generally free to vote for whomever they want.

Of course, at this point unless something drastic happens (looking at the recently released State report on Clinton's emails, and pending the FBI investigation conclusion), Clinton which get the nomination on the first ballot. However, other things happen at the convention other than confirming the nominee, such as agreeing the party platform for the 2016 election.

The more delegates pledged to Sanders, the more sway he has to incorporate some of his ideas into the platform.

I was surprised to see on the news yesterday that Bernie Sanders has over 1,500 delegates now.

My state's primary (I'm in California) isn't for another 2 weeks and I'm voting Sanders. I almost decided not to vote in the primary because I think it's rigged for Mrs. Clinton to win. But I'm voting with my child in tow to set an example for her. Plus there are other local elections that I want to cast a ballot in.

If Clinton wins the nomination, I'll vote for her. I'd rather walk naked through a car wash with a cat duct taped to my body than vote for the short-fingered vulgarian Grump.

So what you're saying is the state department is full of Hilary haters?

1)  Yes, fuck them.

2)  They are now officially (maybe?) Bernie's only chance to win.

I think the convention should seriously look at the numbers-- the way things are going, Clinton seems likely to actually lose to the Donald.  I wouldn't care much, since I'm really not big on Clinton.  But if they gave the nomination to Sanders, not only would the Dems have a better chance, they'd actually have a guy who represents Democratic values.

Honestly, I'd say Trump vs. Clinton is really the end of democracy, as their positions are so fucking close that it would be a 1-party election for practical purposes.

And there could be Bosnian snipers trying to get her. I think she just wants to avoid an contested convention which the FBI will cause her to lose when they fully disclose the findings of their criminal investigation.

The real danger is that with her polls as low as they already are, she will be confirmed as the Dem candidate and THEN get FBI-fucked.  This could totally happen.

It's cool. As long as she has that (D) next to her name I doubt you really give a shit what she does or has done.

Then vote for Drumpf, dumbass.  Enjoy it.

How about not voting for the lesser of two evils? Seriously what would this country be like if George Washington had thought like Min?

Then sit back and when Drumpf is elected you can all be very happy that you kept your hands clean.

There are two possibilities at this point:  A democrat or a fucking racist moron.

Be happy with your choice.
