Does the bible have intrinsic value?

RE: Does the bible have intrinsic value?
Bible value?

Interesting and productive to note which (precious few) verses 'Christians' choose to follow, and which ones they reject (vast majority) since they KNOW BETTER THAN GOD.

Even more interesting are the verses that don't impinge upon them, but do impinge upon people they don't like that they feel need to be ensconced in law for everyone.

And then more value accrues in repeatedly bringing all that up and NEVER EVER EVER getting a good answer as to why they know better than God about so many of His edicts, strictures, rules, commandments, and orders.
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

I think that, even as an ardent atheist, in certain situations, the Bible definitely has an intrinsic, even practical value.

The King James bible's pages are soft, strong and thoroughly absorbent....not to mention, easily flushable.

For me it has value in that whenever I start feeling nostalgia about Church and all the good music and fellowship, I just read the Bible until the feeling goes away.

The Bible is also the #1 source of proof that Christianity is a cesspool of undigested lies.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

I may defend your right to free speech, but i won't help you pass out flyers.
